Industrial Shakers

For estimation of phosphoric acid in stages and raw phosphates suitable in citrate solutions. The shaking frame is mounted on spindle with pulley for power drive and the spindle is supported on bearing on heavy metal upright base plate. Bottle and flasks of various size from 500ml to 1liter can be accommondate. Fitted with 1/4H.P. Motor to work on 220 volts single phase and speed of 60 to 70 RPM with card and plug.

Fitted with a FHP motor, it can accommodate six sleves of 6" to 8" aid. Speed can be regulated through a continuously variable speed regulator fitted to the unit. To work on 220/230volts A.C.

Designed to carry upto 7sleves of 8" dia it is driven by 1/4HP electric motor, through reeducation gear. The sieve table does not rotate but in inclined form the vertical axis the directions. In addition to the Gyratory motion of the table there is an-upward and downward movement ensuring that each square inch of the sieve is utilized. The whole gear mechanism runs is not of bath. To work on 200/230 volts single phase A.C. Supplied complete with adapter for 8" sieves but without test sieves.

Designed to carry upto 7 sieves of 8" dia it is driven by 1/4HP electric motor through reduction gear. The whole gear mechanism which given circular end to end motion runs in an oil bath. The tapping motion is given 8" sieves but without test sieve.

It is a double walled unit with inside made of thick S.S. Sheet and outer of M.S. Sheet duly enamel painted. The paramedical lid made of S.S. Prevents falling of condensed water dropets on the specimens. The shaking try can either hold test tubes or Erlenmeyer flasks of 25ml or 5.0ml or 100ml or 250ml or 1000ml as odered by the users. (kindly maintain the capacity of the flasks while ordering) Supplied complete with one shaking tray, paramedical cover, L-shaped thermometer cord and plug, to work on 200/230 volts A.C. Supply. Available with heating arrangement only (having temperature range from ambient to 100°C) or with both heating and cooling arrangements (having temperature range from 5°C to 100°C).

Rotary flask or bottle shaker is usually a heavy duty stand having several rubber discs to hold flasks of varied capacity. Ball bearing crank shaft is at the base of the stand through which the flasks placed over the stand gets orbital rounded movement. The entire device is connected with electrical motor through V belt pitch pulley.

Rotary flask shaker is used in laboratories and research firms for mixing solvents and chemicals. They are extensively used in cell culture unit and pathological lab. Features of rotary flask shaker are:

Vortex shaker or commonly called laboratory mixer is a device used in mixing liquids in small containers like a test tube.
